These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FlipYear mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
FlipYear is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Subscriptions & Lifetime Access
- FlipYear offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Lifetime purchases grant access to the App's premium features without recurring charges.
Free Trials & Introductory Offers
If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, it is available for a limited time and may be used only once per Apple ID, where applicable.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request a refund via your Apple ID purchase history or the in-app refund request flow where available.
Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any interruption or termination of the service.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
